THE INSPIRATION FOR THE MONARCH BUTTERFLY PATCH
(Actual size is 1.5" High x 3.0" Wide)
The design is in celebration of the Monarch Butterflies Wintering Migration!
The colors of this beautiful Hook and Loop Patch come from a digital photo where the blue sky is the background to the actual orange colors of the butterfly.
The patch is bordered with black stitching to attach the hook material to the back to secure nicely to the all loop material STKTZ! Cap and give the patch that bespoke look.
These hook back (Velcro TM) patches also come with loop material to allow the user to sew the loop material onto another garment to use the patch there as well!

The evolution of a design
For the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles an Iron-On patch was created*. For the 1988 Olympics in Seoul South Korea three different background colors were created and manufactured by the World Famous Artisans in Milan Italy, Bertoni*. BTW, they make the World Cup trophy among others. The 1986 Olympics a Prepaid Phone Card design was made for the games in Atlanta Georgia. And finally, the 2024 hook back (VelcroTM) patch was designed for the spirit of the USA effort in the games in Paris.
